27th January 2007, Started to fit hog

The finished scarf joint.

Made up butt straps out of 9mm plywood and also planned 25mm x 25mm lengths of Iroko for the top and bottom of the rudder and centreboard cases.

Dry fitted outboard motor box.

Now you see it.

Now you don't.

Having cut out much more of the hog than I originally intended (due to rot), I have started to fit the new hog. It needs scarfing at the front to join the stem. Its going to be tricky!
